PapyrusClubs continuously strives to ensure that the content provided on its websites are relevant and useful to the student community. As a responsible portal, we wish to ensure that any objectionable content (disturbing, misguiding, unpleasant and unauthentic) are avoided at all times.

Once you register, an automatic security check is done before you become a member. Hence a minimal database is required to verify and filter members who can pose a threat to the portal.
Single Sign On (SSO) feature has been incorporated to ensure that a user once registered in PapyrusClubs can access all the micro sites using the same Login ID and Password. Once logged in, the user will be automatically logged into other PapyrusClubs sites as and when they are accessed there by eliminating the need for separately logging into each site.

- Authentic Enrollment Procedure: Only those schools and colleges who have enrolled with us are entitled to publish their own online newspaper on this portal.
- Editorial Board – Schools/Colleges: To ensure the quality of content of the online newspaper, every school/college has an Editorial Board consisting of reporters, sub-editors (students) and a Teacher co-ordinator who moderates all the content before it gets published online. Further, any comment or feedback posted for these news articles are also moderated by the schools/college themselves before getting published.
- Access restricted to registered users: Only registered users are entitled to post comment/feedback and are allowed to participate in Forums, Blogs etc on the portal.
- PapyrusClubs’ Editorial Team: Content, Comments and feedback posted on Blogs, Forums, and Contests etc are closely monitored and regularly moderated by our team of editors before getting published.
- Report Abuse: Over and above these measures, registered users can also make use of “Report abuse” to flag any unpleasant or disturbing content, if found on the portal.
- Authenticity of e-mail ids: We also ensure that the e-mails ids provided by users are genuine and valid in order to ascertain the authenticity of all our users.
