Youth Power in Cricket

Gone are the days old timers used to dominate cricket. The twenty twenty championship has brought to fore this aspect. There was no Tendulkar, no Dravid, but still the Championship was won. The BCCI has drawn up attractive and remnunerative schemes for lesser level games like Ranjith Trophy, etc. All these things have thrown open oppertunities for youngsters.

My advise is that youngsters can take up sports not only as pastime but also as a carreer.What is required is only dedication and discipline.
