Too often, parents and others who exert influence over youngsters, tend to preoccupy them with a the sole goal of becoming "successful." Parents and responsible elders ought to be stressing on being resourceful and useful! Useful in a society that will place human moral and religious values higher on a list of priorities than material acquisitions. No person, young or old, can become truly successful until he or she first masters the art of being useful in the society from which we draw our daily existence.

i don't agree.parents do not
i don't agree.parents do not stress children on getting good grades andbecoming successful.just because of a diminished few who do so does'nt mean every parent does the same.every parent understands the capacity of their child and if they force them to study or even discourage them sometimes, their only goal is the child's progress.
