The Indian Parliament Simulation organized by Young Indians (Yi), an integral part of CII, has been postponed until further notice.
You are undoubtedly aware of the current situation with respect to the spread and impact of Swine Flu in Chennai and other States in the Country. We have hundreds of students who have registered to come in from various parts of India, to be actively engaged in the event. This has the potential to create an environment where students may possibly get exposed to the risk of contracting this air borne virus, while away from their homes. Though the possibility is very remote that this may happen, the National Yi Team has, after much thought and consultation with Institutions and other Stakeholders, taken a decision to postpone the event to a later date, in the larger interest of health and safety of our Yi Net students and others attending the event.

Hence, we thank you once again for all your support towards this event. We will keep you updated on the change in dates.
